Measurements were difficult to take because the material is so stretchy and neckline being adjustable with the tie.

This is lovely and flowing. Ties in the back of the neck and drapes down to the bottom of skirt area.

Skirt is lined with a polyester black lining and lace at the bottom with nonslip grip on that edge.
