Warranty:

Aluminium Craft does not offer a warranty on section bars or structural sections, as these are custom cut to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Postage and Handling:

Please contact us to arrange a time for pickup. Aluminium Craft will not dispatch the item(s) if the purchase price has not been paid in full. If you decide to pay upon pickup at our warehouse, you need to do so within one day after you buy or win the bid. You can also contact us for further arrangement if required.


Exchange/Return & Refund:

Please be aware that by placing a bid/order means that you have fully understood and agreed to all terms & conditions of this sale. Consequently, Aluminium Craft will only allow an exchange or return of the item(s) and a full refund if the item(s) are faulty or the item(s) you received is significantly different from our description within 30 days of receiving the item. Items returned to us must be unused and exactly as sold. Postage cannot be refunded.
