Antique fan, possibly Victorian mourning. Guards 231mm long, brown varnished wood, max 17mm wide. When closed fan is 24mm wide at the head, 37mm at the leaf. The sticks are black card, gloss painted on one side, with pierced decoration. There is a black fabric band 38mm wide at the outer edge. Plain wire loop with brass capped rivet.
