For refunds or replacements in case of damage, we will need to receive images of the damaged item and the box, all the packaging material, and a tracking sticker within 24 hours of delivery. Keeping the box, packing material, and damaged items is very important. Do not throw away any of these to facilitate an insurance claim and process the replacement order.
