good condition but some imperfections in the paint and scratching in the bar ferrule
I do not know who made the Stem, its not a production stem that I know perhaps the hardware is a giveaway, The bolt and wedge are alloy and the bolts head is oversized flat and acts as a cap. if you recognize who uses these bolts on their ti stems, feel free to tell me.
Its a road stem with a standard mild drop, it has been professionally painted and there are some mild spots in the finish but, its pretty nice and black and titanium are not usually said together on bikes
