3PC VINTAGE HAZEL ATLAS PASTEL LITTLE HOSTESS PARTY SET REPLACEMENTS, PRISTINE!

These three replacement pieces include a pastel yellow plate, saucer and cup. These pieces are valuable because the pale yellow color isn’t common in the Little Hostess Moderntone Party Sets; the cup has three bands vs the usual two bands; and these three pieces are in nearly mint condition.

Little Hostess Party Sets were made by the Hazel Atlas Glass Company in Wheeling, West Virginia as early as the 1930s/1940s. Production ceased prior to 1954; however, stock of these party sets remained in retail stores until as late as 1959. These three pieces may have been produced in the 1940s rather than in the 1950s since only the plate has the Hazel Atlas Logo.

NOTE: Hazel Atlas Little Hostess Party Sets were made of Platonite -- a special type of heat resistant glass; fired on color over the white opaque base; only colored on one side--tops of plates and saucers, and outside of cups, creamer, sugar, and teapots and lids.

CONDITION: Pristine! Very Clean!

No Chips, Cracks, or Nicks (however, see the pin-sized mark on the rim of the cup)

No Fading or Discoloration

No Stains or Marks

No Storage Odor
