Any type of payment on our eBay shop is risk-free.

In case of cancellation of the order (either by the customer or by us) the amount will be re-credited to the payment method used for the order.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday via express courier (unless otherwise indicated in the listing), orders will be processed the same day if placed by 12:00, orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer within the times and in the manner described in the advertisement (we are not responsible for any delays due to the courier).

The tracking code is assigned to all orders automatically and communicated via email.

When you receive the product please test it immediately and inform us that everything is OK, if so we ask you to leave Positive Feedback.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility of withdrawing from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.

The right of withdrawal expires:

- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents)
- Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

As a seller with Premium Reliability, the right of withdrawal is extended from 14 days to 30 days.
In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below. The Communication may also be sent, within the same deadline, via PEC.

The Communication must contain:

- The expression of willingness to take advantage of the benefit granted by the Legislative Decree. No. 185 of 22 May 1999
- Indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
- The data relating to your bank account (this is to allow the refund of the sum due).

To obtain a refund of the amount, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the address indicated by the seller. Payment must be made within 3 working days following the declaration of withdrawal.

Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for loss of items after the goods have been delivered.

Technical information
The technical information entered is obtained from the information published by the manufacturer of the items included in our catalogue. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adapt the technical information of the products in the catalogue, even without any prior notice.
The images relating to the items are indicative, the characteristics of the objects delivered may be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalogue.

Product Availability
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed and in any case until the goods are sold out.
The items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case Messrs. Customers will be notified via email within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.

The prices of the products displayed include VAT.
