Listing as new without tags as I see no use to this item.
Probably from the 80s. Quality made as expected from Cannondale.
Metal (non-ferrous, Aluminum?) clasp. Two pockets (about 8" and 10").
The nylon strap is sewn into body and the leather wings.
Overall about 11" by 6 1/2".
