Vintage 1993 NIB Mattel Cool Crimp Kevin Doll, Skipper's boyfriend. New sealed box but over the years some accessories have come loose. You could open box and fix them but since it's vintage and almost 30 years old, I do not want to open box and leave that up to you if you choose to. I see it has happened to quite a few of them selling online, so it's a common issue. Box is in very good condition, of course may not be perfect but very good.
