DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
Please make sure your address is correct for regular envelope mail. Most orders are sent using USPS Letter, so a mailbox address is needed. If you are upgrading to USPS Ground Advantage, then either mailbox or physical address will work. Please note that the estimated times noted by eBay are only estimates and actual delivery times may take longer.
- Decals are mailed in an envelope for the free shipping option. We use eBay's standard envelope which provides limited tracking as the envelope goes through sorting facilities. When the envelope reaches your post office, it will get updated as "delivered." It will take an extra day for your mail carrier to deliver it to your mailbox. Occasionally, this tracking won't update properly. This is out of our control as we are not the Post Office.
- Orders over $20 and orders upgraded to USPS Ground Advantage shipping will have their order shipped in a box and package tracking will be provided.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the United States)
- Most small orders will be mailed via USPS International Letter, so your decal will arrive in an envelope and not in a package. No tracking is provided for USPS International Letter.
- Shipping cost is for the Global forever stamp that is needed to mail the order.
- If tracking is needed for your order, please contact us first before purchasing. Tracking is very expensive for international orders, so it will be an extra cost.
