This vintage light is Manufactured by the Portable Light Company Inc in New York. It is model HALF MILE RAY. Its charming design and impeccable craftsmanship make it a must-have for any maritime enthusiast. Light is untested, and seems to be made of many types of materials. The base is aluminum, the frame and housing seem to be brass under chrome and paint. The grill is made of steel , and the handle appears to be a plastic like Bakelite maybe.
