True vintage Western men’s trousers

Good condition - there’s is a little ‘fluffing’ to the fabric in a few places. A button missing from one back pocket, and one from inside the waistband.

The fabric is a grey fleck - grey with darker and lighter flecks of colour, and wider and narrower threads. It could be a silk mix but there are no fibre content labels
