This 20th Century solid brass umbrella stand is adorned with a figure resembling a gladiator or a character from Greek mythology, designed to evoke strength and heroism. The stand features spiral ends specifically crafted to hold umbrellas upright. The depicted man stands on a base that mimics the form of a wave, further supported by a larger base intricately designed with motifs reminiscent of seashells.

The umbrella stand is in great condition and has undergone extensive polishing to enhance its natural brass shine. This attention to detail ensures the piece not only serves a practical function but also acts as a striking decorative element.
