This antique Edwardian dressing chest is crafted from mahogany, featuring a distinctive large oval swing mirror at its top. This piece includes two jewellery drawers, situated above a chest comprising two short over two long drawers. The drawers are constructed with hand-cut dovetail joints and are adorned with ring pull handles. The entire structure is supported by square tapering legs and is embellished with string inlay decorations throughout.

The condition of the dressing chest is notable for its great preservation, showing only some marks that are consistent with its age and use, as detailed in the provided pictures. These imperfections contribute to the authentic character of the piece without compromising its overall appearance or functionality.
