Iron Studios presents Tim Burton's The Dark Knight!
A concrete totem-shaped base, surrounded by Chimera-shaped gargoyles, serves as a platform for one of Gotham's most striking symbols, the Bat-Signal, which is a powerful spotlight used by law enforcement led by the admirable Commissioner Jim Gordon. The Bat Sign is used to summon Gotham City's most dedicated defender. With his symbol reflected in the heavens, the Dark Knight answers the call and scales the artifact, hidden by the shadows of his thick black cloak that surrounds his body, like the great wings of a bat, a symbol of his identity and cause.
Iron Studios thus proudly presents its statue "Batman Deluxe Art Scale 1/10 - Batman Returns - Iron Studios", inspired by the classic 1992 version directed by Tim Burton, who once again brought the Dark Knight to the big screen, starting his first film franchise.
In the sequel to the film Batman (1989), actor Michael Keaton, in the role of Bruce Wayne/Batman, re-emerges once again as the city's protective agent, acting alongside the police force in the fight against crime. The challenge of this crusade becomes even greater with the appearance of the Red Triangle Circus Gang led by the fearsome Penguin (Danny DeVito), a villain rejected by his origins, abandoned by his aristocratic parents due to his congenital deformities, who returns in search of vendetta. Both villains are manipulated by corrupt tycoon Max Shreck (Christopher Walken) and his illicit plans for greed and power.
Batman joins the list along with the previously announced statues "Penguin - Batman Returns - Art Scale 1/10" and "Catwoman - Batman Returns - Art Scale 1/10" by Iron Studios, forming the trio of main characters in the line derived from this one iconic version of the Dark Knight. A success with fans and critics, the film was nominated for two Academy Awards: Best Visual Effects and Best Makeup.
The resin statue measures approx. 34 x 20 x 19 cm.
