Size 11 1/2" long and 2" for monkey in engine. Each train piece is marked Japan.  Good cold pain present-see pics because there is about 10% of paint missing. (my guess) I don't see cracks, breaks, or crazing.  I think the pipe cleaners holding it together is original. Small hole in top of each to hold the small Birthday candles.
