These Birkenstock are new in box.

I purchased these for my hubby, sadly he has decided they are not for him but it is too late to return them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT – Must be made within 3 days after which an unpaid item case will be opened if no contact is made. PayPal is my preferred payment method but if collecting cash would be appreciated.

POSTAGE – I use couriers and Royal Mail to send my items at the best price for you the buyer, I do have to cover packaging costs and the 10% commission charged by ebay on postal charges, I do not charge for my time. All items are securely packed, I will follow up on missing parcels. 

PLEASE NOTE - I do not charge any extra on top of the quoted postage cost to send items to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man as a number of other sellers do.

COLLECTION – Collection in person is welcome for any item

DISPATCH – I dispatch all items within 3 working days but often quicker, if you need your item sooner please contact me.

GOODS RECEIVED – If your items arrives damaged please contact me within 24 hours of receipt as I only have 48 hours from delivery in which to start a claim with some couriers.

FEEDBACK – I will leave feedback for you once I have received your feedback confirming safe arrival.

NOT HAPPY – If you are not happy with your purchase or feel I have described it inaccurately please contact me within 7 days to allow me the opportunity to address your concerns

RETURNS – As a private seller I do not accept returns unless I have made a serious error in my description, in which case please message me in the first instance.

PARCELS RETURNED - Should an item be returned to me as undelivered you will be responsible for paying further postage costs for the item to be sent or I will refund only the purchase price and not the postage costs, this is in line with eBay policies.
