Marbled paper-covered boards with gilt-stamped green leather spine and corner tips. 5 decorative raised bands on spine.  Boards open easily but binding is holding. Bookseller's ticket on front-paper. Binding is sound and pages unmarked. 

Though these pieces have been gathered from Charles Dickens's Household Words, his name is not presented, likely because of copyright issues.  A close friend of Charles Dickens and his Household Words co-editor, Wills's Old Leaves contains 15 or so of Dickens's articles from the original periodical, and his help editing many of the others.
