Beautiful and petite 18K White Gold Art Deco World War II sweetheart engagement ring. 

Wonderful surviving piece!  

The ring is size 6.5.  

It is engraved on the inside with " Rays of Love " & the date 9/3/42!

Although this ring is petite it has lots of sparkle and shine. 

The ring has a lovely unmistakable Art Deco design to it. 

The diamond is .10 CTTW.  It is approximately 1/10 of a carat, prong set. The stone is the " transitional cut" it has lots of fire and brilliance.  This is a small stone full of dazzle and clarity. 

Again, the size is 6.5.
