This used 5,000 Zimbabwean dollar note is a bearer cheque issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe. It is a blue note that is dated 1 February 2007, bears the signature of Dr. Gideon Gono, and measures 148 mm x 74 mm. Its obverse side features the RBZ logo. Its reverse side shows the Kariba Dam on the Zambezi River. Security features include a solid security thread with a demetalized RBZ and a watermark of a Zimbabwe bird with an electrotype RBZ.
