Very nice condition. Light to moderate wear. Please look at all images. Soles are still very thick and have several years left. Some acute outer edge heel drag but this does not affect gait and walk ability - see last image for detail.

No tears in cordovan leather.

Please know your Alden 974 sizing. These are in the Tremont last which fits true to size. See image #12 for details about the Tremont last these are built upon.

Listing is for shoes only - I do not have the original box any longer but always stuff each shoe and then wrap with cling wrap prior to boxing.

These are now over $900 a pair for a new pair.

Shell cordovan will last a lifetime with light maintenance.
