Pre-owned used condition. Missing a few pieces, but mostly complete. Everything shown in photo #1. Box has wear & tear including a split corner and a rip on top (photo #16), edgewear & stains, and there is yellowing esp. on bottom (photo #24)

Morticia is missing 1 arm. Gomez is missing 1 shoe. Also missing 1 of the bats, and 2 of the little circles. Pugsley, Wednesday, and Lurch are complete, and Thing the hand is included. Photo #20 shows what it looked like when I first received the box from the previous owner.

Photo #9 shows the bottom of the living room board. Photo #13/14 shows the box top, and photo #22-24 shows the box bottom.
