This is my 1971 Vauxhall Firenza 1256cc, I am the second owner as my grandad brought this from a Vauxhall agent back in 1971 , the car is totally original , all works,  the paintwork is original there is some chips and rust spots here and there ,  but it is over 50 years old ! there is a dent on the passengers side that my grandfather done when it was 2 years old and never repaired it , the only rust I can find unfortunately is on the passenger side door a pillar , see pic , and there is some light rust spots in the drivers door and wing this is tiny on the paint and no where near rusted through .
the car is tax and mot exempt  and only £96 to insure (I’m 41 ) I  have owned this car for over 20 years it’s been parked in by brick garage ever since I was born
I would advise the water hoses are a bit soft , I have in the boot and many years ago a mot advised the brake hoses but have never got them fitted also ! (In boot) reason for sale is the car doesn’t get used enough ,  have two kids now and heavy work commitments , car has never gone out in the rain , in no rush to sell please make contact serious inquiries only as  Firenzas do not come up for sale very often not original 1 family owned , 38k miles  note the air horn will not be going with the car .  Note , Money in the bank account before the car is driven away

May I add I have found out the paperwork for the car with the various log books and mots ect I have even found the original receipt , however looking further it appears the car was brought by my grandfather when it was actually just over 2.5 years old with 34k on it ,my grandfather was the first registered owner and the log book says I’m the second , for the sum of £665 traded with a Bedford utilibrake,  I’m not sure now , was it this was used as a demo car or something ? as the receipt states it was from the Vauxhall agent  brought 15/2/74 but it was built 23/7/71 the garage that was in my village back in the day .   Also lots of questions the engine it is red coloured (all be it peeling )  I have the early brown paper v5 and the cc of the engine is 1259cc  but the latest v5 says 12591cc it appears one digit was added from the engine number , the two back tyres are now new , as previous buyer had them fitted to tow the car home but chose not to buy the car , this is why it’s relisted
I will try to add a picture of the receipt shortly,   please study picture 12 and turn sideways for a 11 digit telephone number ,
