Vintage  American Cocker Spaniel Ornament Made in China 
16cm (6 1/4") High.
20cm (8") Long.
 
The tongue is pink not white like the photos are showing, the last two photos show that it has a few marks, there are no cracks but there are a couple of nibbles around the opening on the underbelly, it is very naïvely made as if it has been poured into a mould then joined and  of a very light weight red coloured thin clay or pottery.
