I am a treasure collector and all treasures s that I find are inspected prior to shipment and shown to be complete and intact. I apologize but I do not know the history of the item unless the seller chooses to share. USPS Priority Mail includes insurance. If, in the very rare chance, your item is broken when received, the US Postal Service requires you, the buyer, to file the claim - not the seller. Under this instance, I cannot accept the item in return as it will nullify the insurance.
