Vintage American Brilliant Cut Glass Crystal FOOTED CANDY DISH-- Unusual Shape!

This beautiful and unique footed pedestal compote candy dish is in very nice vintage condition, showing light wear to the base and a small chip on the lip of the dish that's covered by the lid. The shape is really unusual and reminds me of an upside down crown that's been squished lol. The dish measures 8" tall, 6" wide, and 4" front to back. The dish appears to be hand cut and ground and has lots of hobstars and other patterns that I don't know the name of. The lid has a sawtooth edge and a faceted finial top. The base, however, appears to be pressed glass. The first picture shows the piece under uv light and you'll notice that the top part glows a blue-green color, indicating that the piece is American Brilliant Cut Glass, but the base does not. So I'm assuming that the piece is made of both brilliant cut glass and regular molded glass. I don't know if this is how it was originally made or if the base was a later addition. I'm really not an expert on antique cut glass, so please judge for yourself.
