Hardcover without dustjacket.  Short gift inscription on the front endpaper.  One dog-eared corner, fragile and about to go.  Small burn mark near the top corner of a few pages.  Otherwise clean and tight.  Spine ends softened, corners lightly bumped.  A few small marks and light signs of handling to the boards.
