Antique Wooden Painted Elephant Ride Ambawadi Folk Art Sculpture Figurine

Indian, probably early 20th century. A carved wooden elephant figure with two figural riders and a mounted howdah having a polychromed decoration to the surface. Piece shows age/wear. Nothing broken though.

Stands approx. 12" tall, 8" long and 2.5" wide
