Used, tested, and verified working condition.   Originally came with an Antec 240 AIO, but they can be used as standard case fans.

The RGB is compatible with 4-pin 12v (non-addressable) motherboards, but they do NOT use standard adapters.  It would be VERY EASY to re-pin -OR- rewire the connections to use standard adapters, or they do sell pre-made afapters specifically for this purpose.
