This is a second-user item in overall Very Good condition.
The rear screen is incredibly clean, just very very light handling marks on it, nothing at all to cause concern.
The camera has been tested and is in 100% perfect working order.
The rubberised coating to the hand-grip, which is a real eyesore in some models when it degrades badly, has been carefully cleansed away so now looks tidy and in very good condition.
All Canon and 3rd-Party Auto Focus EF and EF-S lenses featuring the standard EOS mount will fit and work just fine.

Customer satisfaction is important to me, so should you not be happy with your item I offer a two-fold Returns policy as follows:
A. I offer a full refund / replacement for any item found to be faulty upon receipt.
B. I also offer a refund, within 30 days of purchase, for any item returned because the seller decided the item simply wasn't "quite what they wanted". In this situation I will refund the original purchase price, less whatever postage cost I incurred in sending the item to you. The buyer is also responsible for covering the return costs.
In both of the above scenarios, the item should be returned in the same condition it was purchased in.
