All human hair will occasionally tangle, this is normal and expected, especially with hair extensions that do not have access to natural scalp oils anymore. It is easy for hair to go from soft and silky to dry and brittle after the hair has been cut off its donor. Do not brush the hair with force as you might pull it out of its weft. Matting can be avoided and controlled by keeping the hair clean and using haircare products designed for virgin hair extensions.
South American hair is naturally rich in dark pigments and it is limited in the colours that can be achieved by dyeing. Because of the race of the donors, some strands might retain their colour even after repeated bleaching. Your stylist should be able to give you more information on this.
For best results, leave the hair in its natural colour and state.

Return Policy
Simple and easy. If you have changed your mind or unsatisfied with your item. Please contact us within 5 days of purchase to arrange the return. Once we have received the item in its unused state and original packaging, we will refund, in full, the price you paid for the item excluding Postage & Packing if you paid for this.
