Returns are accepted but the item must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date. Buyer pays return shipping.

When we receive the returned item, inspect it, and it is found to be in the same condition that we shipped it in (i.e.

brand new, unused, and/or in the original packaging with tag attached) then we will request a cancellation of the transaction through ebay.  Once the item is cancelled, your refund will be given. Refunds are less original cost to ship the product, unless the mistake was made by the seller.

Returns that have any signs of use or handling will NOT be accepted and no refund will be given.

Note to buyer: In my experience Pottery Barn's Emery Linen drapes marked, "White" can be on the creamier/ivory side rather than a stark white. This White Drape appears more white than other ivory-white I've seen. That's why I provided the MPN and manufacturer dates to match this to another Pottery Barn Emery drape.

I do have other Emery drapes listed on my site. If they are listed as a pair, it's because they match each other. If I list them seperarely is because they aren't an exact match.  If you're curious about two separate listing of drapes, I'm happy to photograph them next to each other so you can see if they will work together. Just because some aren't an exact match in color doesn't mean that aren't very close in color.
