2 Vintage Star D Aluminum Tripods with geared column by Davidson.

These are antique tripods approximately 60years old more or less.

These tripods have heads with forward and backward tilt and side to side pan and horizontal to vertical tilt.

The tripods have camera mounting plates that measure 2”x 1 1/2” and has a 1/4-20 camera mounting screw

they come when an additional plate that measures 2 3/4” x 2 3/4” for medium or large format cameras and I can included 3/8” adapter if needed.

Each tripods measures approximately 30” in closed position and when the legs and center geared column are fully extended they measure approximately 74”

The legs telescope in and out but sometimes they don’t lock I don’t know how to fix them.

You can use them in the closed position for displaying your vintage cameras.

Or you can extend them and put set screws or round hose clamps or nylon ties on the legs at the height you desire or you might know how to fix them.

The tripods show very minor wear

Because of the leg conditions I am selling it for less as is with no returns.

These are ideal for displaying your expensive collectable cameras on a table or on the floor with out spending a lot of money on more expensive tripods.
