The shifter came from an early 2000s Cannondale road bike that had a lot of miles on it. It clicks through all of the gears, BUT the bigger lever needs to be manually held in place for the smaller shifter to shift properly. Otherwise they move together and it doesn't shift. It seems that the internals are fine, but there's something that needs to be loosened or lubricated in the lever hinge. Sold as is, priced accordingly.
