You are looking at a rare vintage newsstand issue of SPORT Magazine published in 1964. The cover features a young Muhammad Ali (then known as Cassius Clay), with articles previewing his World Heavyweight title fight against Sonny Liston on February 25, 1964.

Clay "shook up the world" by defeating the heavily favored Liston, who failed to answer the bell for the 7th round. It was Ali's first appearance on the cover of SPORT, and along with Sports Illustrated and The Ring, one of his earliest appearances on the cover of any major publication.

This issue is graded 7.0 by Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) and is one of only 12 newsstand graded copies in existence. Only three copies have achieved higher grades.
