- I determined he is Dept 56 from comparable listings offering the same item. No markings or tag on him

- used, distressed by design
- missing a chip of paint on the face/mouth. Probably was a wooden or painted on moustache. Not really obvious unless you look closely at him.
This item ships in a cardboard box. We recycle clean packing materials when possible.
