The Shield Energy is a low energy fluorescent, recessed bathroom downlight. It is an energy effcient product which result in low energy costs however its still gives high light output. It comes complete with the bulb fixing accessories and has an easy twist & lock design which ensures simple bulb replacement. It is fire protected up to 90 minutes and is fully accredited to all relevant BS standards and is a Class 1 earthed product. Its IP65 rating means it is suitable for bathroom zone 2. Suitable for bathroom zone 1 if used in conjunction with a 30MA RCD. It is suitable for meeting Part L building regulations. Meets BS EN140 acoustic test requirements.
