For sale is a captivating Japanese scroll titled "Niga Byakudo-zu," depicting the allegorical journey to the Pure Land of Buddhism.

This scroll illustrates the path from our current world to the enlightened realm of Jodo. The rivers flanking the path symbolize human vices—with the right embodying greed and the left, anger. These waters are also home to bandits and wild beasts, further representing our inner greed.

At the heart of the artwork is a white road traveled by a solitary figure—us, as humans—on their way to Jodo. Walking steadfastly on this road without succumbing to the surrounding rivers allows one to lead a tranquil life.

This subject is deeply rooted in the practice of Naikanho, a reflective training that aids in reshaping our inner perspectives. Interested parties are welcome to reach out for more information on Naikanho, a transformative mental exercise.
