The V-neck can be widened or worn in a more modest fashion.

The ties which wrap across the waist can  be worn in the front, on the side or in the back.. 

Because it is backless, the bust measurement is hard to define. But I think that up to a size 4o would be  a safe bet.

The attached  ties are angled at the end are 39" at the longest point, 29" at the shortest. 

The buttons sit just above the hips. and the measurement across that  taken lying flat is14.1/2"

Total length from shoulder area to hem is about 46".
