When i bought the scope the objective cell was damaged, I have had a new cell fitted
The " Sky te two " alt azumuth mount is now included in the sale.
The original clamps have been upgraded to ADM Mounts which are very much a Rolls royce product, at around £130 each,
That said i have had them proffesionally upgraded to increace the surface area of the clamp.

The 4" f 16 Unitron
This mount is very rubust and can take up 30 kg of weight or 15 kg of weight on both sides.
It is also possible to hold 3 x scopes at the same time!!!!!!
Just supurb on the moon and planets.
Please note this is not a small scope.Aprox 60 x inches long from the objective cell to the end of the drawer tube.
It accepts 1 inch and 1.25 eyepeices - not included.
So if you are into quality refractors this one may be for you.
nb. I think this scope was made prior to its branding Unitron or Polarex.
The finder scope says Polarex, but i think it was fitted later on.
This item is way to heavy to post, so its cash on collection only.
