BIDDING ON MULTIPLE LOTS

If you are bidding on multiple lots please do not pay for each item individually. We kindly ask that you wait and request a combined to be created by us when you have finished bidding.

Sending a single combined invoice saves time, paper and admin costs as well as lower postage and ebay fees. This applies even if you are bidding on lots over many days. Simply drop us a quick note to confirm that you are interested in bidding on other up and coming lots and a further note when you are finished bidding. We will then create and send you a combined invoice by return.
eBay allows up to 40 items/lots to be combined on a single invoice.

Recent eBay Policy suggests that all items you purchase should be paid for in full within 4 days of sale ending. However, this can be extended so long as the buyer and seller have decided that this arrangement is in the best interest of both parties.



NON-PAYMENT AND NO COMMUNICATION FOLLOWING A SALE

As mentioned above eBay expect items to be paid for within four days of the item being sold unless communications between the buyer and seller agreed otherwise. However, in situations where, after four days, there has been no communication or payment made from the buyer then the transaction can be cancelled by the seller and a NON PAYMENT CASE RECORDED on the buyers account. We ask users to avoid this situation. Please be aware that eBay do take action against non paying users.

IT IS HORRIBLE WHEN A HIGHEST BIDDER DOES NOT PAY OR EVEN COMMUNICATE AFTER A SALE - WHY DO THIS?

WE HAVE A DUTY TO OUR CLIENTS AND DON'T LIKE GIVING THEM ANY BAD NEWS,

WE ALWAYS REPORT NON-PAYING USERS - ITEMS ARE THERE TO BE SOLD.

Terms of Sale

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL BUYERS

1. Buyers must contact us within 14 days of making payment if they think there could be a potential problem with their order e.g. the package has not been delivered, has arrived damaged, or is not quite as described;

2. Most items we sell on eBay are sold on behalf of clients as part of our Internet low cost selling service. It is our our policy to pay our clients 21 days after the buyer has paid for their item(s).  This should give buyers sufficient time to flag up any issues with their order (see 1 above).  If we know there is a problem we can hold making payment to our client until the issue is resolved;

3. We may not be able refund buyers if they do not contact us within the 14 day period (above).  We pay our clients the proceeds from their eBay sales in good faith assuming that buyers have received and are happy with the goods they have received. Once a client has been paid it is often impossible to claim back the payment, leaving us out of pocket twice, for a single transaction, that we only earned 10% commission on in the first place.
