Genuine Article OshKosh shorts 

These have an elastic waist with a sweet paperbag ruffle at the top and two front pockets.

Measurements when flat: 

• Waist: 8.5" (unstretched)
• Hip: 12"
• Length: 10"
• Leg opening: 7.5"

In very nice pre-owned/vintage condition. These are clean and have a little bit of regular wash wear but still good fabric integrity. Elastic is in great shape. A small stain on the bottom of the front leg (closeup pic). No rips, holes, or other flaws are noted.
