This listing is for the original black PS2 case and the greatest hits artwork for the game Silent Hill 2.

I bought a large video collection and unfortunately the game and manual were missing. So when you purchase this you will only get the original case and the artwork. Nothing else is included. Overall it looks to be a nice shape. Couple of small imperfections on the case which I tried to show in the last couple pictures.
