Used but in excellent condition. Case was always on and screen protector was on most of the time. There may be light scratching to the outside.  Phone works perfectly. Battery doesn't hold charge long. I upgraded right as the battery was frustrating, and then found out it was part of the Apple issue where upgrading the iOS was making the battery worse. I never got the upgraded battery for cheap from Apple because I had already upgraded.
