2003 Land Rover Discovery II
This car is in great condition in terms of functionality. It needs cosmetic assistance. I purchased the car with the intention of ripping the roof off, installing roll bars and turning it into a beach cruiser. However, life had other plans.

I've easily spent $15K on upgrading the car's functionality. It was rarely driven for the last 8 years. Almost everything on the engine has been replaced, i.e., hoses, altinator, spark plugs etc..... It starts right up and runs perfectly. AC works, but might need a touchup to blow a little cooler. It definitely needs a new paint job, but there's really no rust on the car at all. Some of the spots on the hood and the roof where the paint has worn thin are looking a little rusty, but it's just surface level rust. There are absolutely no places on the car where rust has eaten through the metal.

As far as milage, I purchased the car with under 100K miles and the last time I remember checking the miles it was at roughly 125K. The digital milage guage is broke, so isn't properly displaying milage. So I've contacted the last shop to see if they can give me the accurate milage since it's last service visit.
