Lovely item really heavy for it's size. Marked on the bottom as being silver plated. It's got a rose pattern on the front like the Yorkshire/Lancashire roses but not sure exactly which it is.
No marks anywhere to say who the maker is unfortunately. Please ask any Q's before bidding.
