Note: The Mercer Kitchen at the Mercer Hotel was designed by Christian Liaigre in 1997, with an industrial aesthetic softened by luxurious comfort. These chairs are from the original Liaigre 1997 design and predate the 2023 renovation. Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Mercer Kitchen was a landmark restaurant for celebrities, food lovers, and New Yorkers.
