This is a sale for a stunning Cartier Diabolo fountain pen.

This LARGE pen is composed black precious resin cap and barrel with platinum plated trim pieces. This pen is also highlighted by the blue ‘sapphire’ cabochon to the tip of the cap.

This is a medium nibbed fountain pen(serial number 127518)

The fountain pen has received a thorough clean and also has been flushed with a proprietary pen flush.

This is a pen that hovers on the large side with length approx 14.20 cm and width of 1.2 cm.

Condition wise she is in fantastic shape with little or no marking. I have noticed micro marking at the section end of the barrel but it is very hard to zero in on the issue. I have heavily magnified the photos to highlight the micro marks.

The platinum clip and bands are in fantastic shape with incredibly minor pocket rash. Serial number is present on the clip alongside the brand stamp to the mid level platinum trim piece.

The blue cabochon is in stunning condition.

Not a fountain pen to be missed and this one would be a wonderful addition to any burgeoning collection.
