Blue Label COMPLETE TOPPS Set 90 POKÉMON CARDS from 1999 NM-MINT Original Owner

I purchased these cards new in 1999 and placed them in these clear plastic nine-card archival sleeves. That is where they have remained for the past 25 years. They have not been touched or played with at all. Every card is in like new condition or better.

I don’t know the terminology used with these cards. So, I will do my best to answer any questions you may have. Otherwise, it is time that this set goes to a true collector.
