1.The front cab- over window is cracked, but is safety laminate. We bought it that way, and have traveled around the country with it.Replacements are available, and are made by HEHR
2.After parking it from our last trip, the Refer is not working on Propane, but does on AC. I have purchased a new circuit board for it, which I will include for you to install (120.00 value) The fridge and freezer keep things really COLD! The freezer makes Ice, and it looks great from the outside with mirrored doors. SUPER CLEAN!
3. The Gas generator starts and runs fine, but is not currently powering the house. I had a local RV tech out, and he removed the invertor, and recommended a replacement to correct the issue. I am including the original for easy reference. In the four years we have owned it, we have never used it.

We are from Colorado, and the Camper has spent almost all of it’s life there. I bought it from a good friend in Colorado who kept it under a cover, and used it very infrequently. We are the third owners.
We have loved our Northland very much, and hate to part with it…. but we have downgraded to a 21 ft. -bumper pull trailer.
We have traveled with it mounted on a 2016, standard bed F-250, but I would strongly recommend a long bed truck for it. I will include the (3), 2”x10” planks we used to extend our truck bed for it… if necessary.
This camper is worth what I'm asking....Only serious inquiries please.
